As a P&C Admin Assistant in the People & Culture Coordination team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing various personnel administration tasks, including data processing, contract creation, and personnel file management. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of staff-related dates, processing resignations, and handling correspondence with internal and external stakeholders. This position may also involve supporting payroll accounting functions.
**How Youll Contribute**
- Process employee data accurately and efficiently.
- Create and manage employment contracts.
- Administer existing staff records using SAP systems, including maintaining lists and generating reports.
- Manage personnel files by updating data changes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a primary contact person for payroll accounting, assisting in data collection, payroll processing, and accounting tasks.
- Maintain records and process staff-related dates such as contract renewals, anniversaries, and retirements.
- Handle staff resignations and process accordingly.
- Generate service certificates as required, either from dictation or using templates.
- Administer health and safety certificates as part of the companys agenda.

- Payroll Accounting Team
**What You Bring**
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in personnel administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP systems or similar HR software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (preferred).
- Fluency in additional languages (preferred).
