Order Management Specialist with German and English

In our Order Management department specifically, we manage the E2E Order to Cash process, and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team.
**What will you do?**
- Be responsible for E2E process from order receipt to order confirmation and invoicing via CRM and SAP ERP systems
- Process orders to suppliers linked to both customer and internal orders
- Monitor order confirmations from internal and external suppliers, identifying discrepancies and aligning with all stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
- Process stakeholder requests and solve problems concerning lead time, order changes, missing documents
- Issue transportation orders and delivery documentation
- Distribute digital shipment files and tracking information to customer
- Generate invoices based on Proof of Delivery for financial processing
- Manage and process repair, return, and credit requests
- Contribute to overall company and department KPIs, ensuring SLAs are fulfilled and all deadlines are met
- Generate and share operational reports as part of a team for your market/cluster
**Who are YOU?**
- An ambitious professional with a background in Order Management and/or Customer Service
- Experience in logistics, international trade, or sales administration within an international company is also valued
- Experienced in use of SAP
- Fluent in English and German (B2)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Independent and proactive in your approach to process improvement, problem solving
- Able to demonstrate strong ownership and accountability
- Excited by the prospect of participating in company-wide improvement projects
- A strong critical thinker
- Motivated to be part of a dynamic, international, and open-minded team
