Order Management Specialist wanted!

At Siemens GBS, we are expanding our services and currently looking for a proactive colleague to join our team of Order Management Specialists in Prague or in Ostrava. If you are looking for a job position in which you can use German and English on a daily basis and continue to develop your career in a large company with diverse portfolio of projects, you came to the right place!

What your new role looks like?

* Processing and execution of orders or contracts in the system (SAP)
* Contacts with customers via email/phone
* Close cooperation with various internal departments
* Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
* Handling warranty and return process
* Proactively raising improvement ideas

What do you need to make real what matters?

* Good written and verbal communication both in German and English
* Experience/background in logistics/customer service is a plus
* Knowledge of SAP
* Ability to work in a team
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to perform tasks
