VMI Order Management Senior Specialist
The Purpose:

As a VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Supply Chain Senior Specialist, you are responsible for managing the stock levels of our ABI beers at our customer’s warehouses. You will be taking care of 1 dedicated customers in the Netherlands and ensure the best service by preventing out of stocks and balance the stock levels according to the customer’s needs. Also, you will be in close contact with our Commercial Supply and Inventory Deployment teams to align on the right strategy and business development matters.

What will you be doing:
- Creating replenishment orders for the customer based on the current and future needs
- Active co-operation with other teams (Transport planning, Inventory Deployment, Commercial Supply)
- Service Level: you will be responsible for ensuring the customer receives the right products, at the right quantity, on the right time, at the right location
- Follow up on ad hoc issues with stakeholders
- Cover daily routines linked to order checks and reports
- Take part in continuous improvement projects (Touchless order to delivery, BI dashboards, etc)
- Participation in weekly/monthly review calls with internal and external stakeholders
- VLC (variable logistics costs): by having close contact with Commercial Supply, Inventory Deployment and Transport you are expected to balance costs of distribution.
What youll bring:
- Fluency in English (Dutch/French is a big plus)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain (logistics, warehousing or transport)
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP / System minded
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, strong time management & prioritization
