Order Experience Representative, I with Russian

**Responsibilities**:
- Learns and applies knowledge of Zebras systems, process and philosophies around management of Service Contracts
- Enters new service contract data into the system, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence
- Meets or exceeds all departmental or individual metrics associated with performance against service level agreements such as 3 Business Day turnaround time on contracts, responding to customers as soon as possible
- Provides price quotes on service contracts on request
- Ensures accurate recording, tracking and filing of all assigned contracts
- Responds to customer or internal inquiries regarding service contract entitlements, invoices and purchase orders
- Raises any new or problems to management for assistance
- May coordinate with other internal departments regarding order status, invoicing, discounts, resolution of issues, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Russian language
- Fluent English language
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and quality
- Proficient level of English (written and verbal)
- Customer service values and orientation
- Proven professional work behaviors as attendance, teamwork and time management
- Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using accurate language and grammar)
