Oracle Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, create solutions, and ensure the efficient and secure handling of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle database structures and applications
• Write and manage complex PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and functions
• Develop and maintain triggers, packages, and views to support business processes
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather and interpret requirements
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance through efficient database design and tuning
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all development processes
• Support database migration, upgrades, and data conversion efforts
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and optimize query performance
• Implement ETL processes for data integration and management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Developer
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Experience with Oracle tools
• Familiarity with database design principles, normalization, and data modeling
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle databases
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools
• Understanding of Oracle Database administration basics is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based solutions like Oracle Cloud
• Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java or Python
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Certifications like Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) are advantageous
