**Role Purpose**
**What you will be doing**
- Lead systems rollout to current and new stations with clear communicated plan with other stakeholders, includes plan migrating new sites from their current situation to Menzies Aviation standards.
- Manage and lead RSMS support team
- Provision of internal support to RSMS and MARS implementations offering both technical support and ‘how do I? support for additional system configuration
- Configuration and support of RSMS Mobile and MARS Employee Portal
- Support of interfaces between RSMS and other key systems
- Develop & deliver enhancements to current operational systems to provide continued innovation and best practice.
- Early identification of challenges and pro-active recommendations
- Ensure system high availability and building/testing backup and disaster recovery plans.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of ground handling platforms (e.g., RSMS, RSMS Mobile and MARS)
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
