Operations Specialist - Courier Community

As a Courier Community Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the communication flow with our courier partners in the right direction. The goal is for each courier to get a world-class experience throughout their Wolt journey. This will require a significant amount of creativity and writing skills but also strategic thinking and an analytical mindset at the same time. You will have to get your hands dirty, master our “can do” attitude, and work well together with each specialist in Operations, as well as the rest of our country team and external partners.
What you'll be doing
- You will be master in supporting couriers in everyday queries they send to our team inbox, ensuring timely delivery of helpful information. Your focus will be primary on written (chat & e-mail) communication and secondary on anticipating and preventing issues before they arise.
- You will help with creating resources, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and tips, to empower couriers to resolve common issues independently.
- Be part of optimising our processes, procedures and communication channels.
- Assisting in everyday and ad-hoc tasks.
