**Your main responsibilities**
- Ensuring operational targets are met, including ensuring safety, quality and productivity are at, or above target levels
- Managing staff and operations planning
- Managing and develop direct reports and their teams
- Controlling and developing the process with ownership of all Continuous Improvement projects from operational perspective
- Identify and remove process
- and other barriers (in cooperation with the wider team)
**This job is for you, if**
- You have at least. 2 years of work in a position related to Operational Manager (or demonstrated high growth potential in this area)
- You have proven knowledge in warehouse management and warehouse logistics
- You have led teams of at least 100 FTEs
- You are very confident in working with data - make data driven decisions
- You have display high leadership abilities to encourage, develop and motivate people
- You are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
- You work effectively in both English and Czech (desired B2+)
