We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Prague.

• Accounting Support: Collaborate with our external accounting partner to manage invoicing and streamline other accounting processes. 
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organising internal and external company events, ensuring smooth execution. 
• Procurement Management: Manage the purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and hardware, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient office environment. 
• Office Maintenance: Ensure the Prague office is consistently well-maintained, professional, and welcoming, creating a positive and productive work atmosphere. 
• Employee Engagement: Inspire and motivate employees through positive reinforcement, team-building activities, and incentive programs. 
• Compliance Oversight: Monitor and enforce company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards to maintain compliance.

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a dynamic and multi-functional environment. 
• Practical experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting functions. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. 
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively set and meet realistic deadlines. 
• Basic design skills for creating modern, visually appealing, and professional presentations. 
• Proficiency in both Czech and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages, spoken and written. 
• Experience working in smaller companies or startups where adaptability and a hands-on approach are essential. 

• High attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong sense of punctuality and reliability. 
• Experience in marketing, either online or offline, is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet. 
• Capable of performing well under pressure, with a high level of composure and professionalism. 
• Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to tasks and responsibilities. 
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. 
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, whether verbally or in writing. 
• Flexibility to handle unexpected tasks and challenges calmly and efficiently. 
• An eagerness to continuously improve processes, question the status quo, and implement effective solutions.
