We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Prague.
Responsibilities
- Accounting Support: Collaborate with our external accounting partner to manage invoicing and streamline other accounting processes.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organising internal and external company events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Procurement Management: Manage the purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and hardware, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the Prague office is consistently well-maintained, professional, and welcoming, creating a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Employee Engagement: Inspire and motivate employees through positive reinforcement, team-building activities, and incentive programs.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor and enforce company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards to maintain compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a dynamic and multi-functional environment.
- Practical experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively set and meet realistic deadlines.
- Basic design skills for creating modern, visually appealing, and professional presentations.
- Proficiency in both Czech and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages, spoken and written.
- Experience working in smaller companies or startups where adaptability and a hands-on approach are essential.
