Are you an experienced operations and contracting specialist, looking for your next opportunity? At Europe Congress, we’re pioneers in the travel B2B event industry, organizing dynamic MICE events across Europe. We’re searching for a talented and organized professional to lead all our team’s operations for our events (both on and off-site), while managing crucial contracts with our various event suppliers.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Oversee and improve operational processes to ensure efficient workflows.
- Create and update operational workflow documentation.
- Monitor and improve performance.
- Draft and revise contracts with event suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the smooth flow of materials, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
- Collect data for forecasting and planning purposes.

- Knowledge of the tendering and bidding process.
