We help our (typically Siemens-internal) customers worldwide to stay on top of the game by providing a full range of customer-centric and digitally empowered sales and marketing services and all the necessary expertise to accomplish the customers’ mission and maximize their business efficiency. Our approach is always customized to the Siemens needs - so we provide full support from start to finish or only focus on specific areas (Annual volume approx. 45m €).
But it’s not only about delivering exciting, challenging, and cutting-edge projects & services and make our customers happy and successful, but we also need innovative, efficient, and reliable operational processes as a sound basis for our own success at GMS.
This is where you come into play: As an **Operational Excellence Manager**, you support the teams by bundling of administrative & commercial processes to further professionalize Business Excellence within GMS.
- **Proposal Management**: support and/or take over the preparation of quotations to Siemens internal and external customers
- ** Adjacent processes** like **PATAC** (Process Adjustment Tax Advice and Compliance) reports in case of activities with abroad (initiation and further processing of results), maintenance of the **SalesForce** CRM-tool (e.g., capture new opportunities, follow up existing entries); **LoA** process for external quotations (initiation and execution); preparation of defined Service Agreements for selected customer types; contract reviews.
- **Savings Process**: conduct workshops to identify potential Savings measures with the GMS teams; follow up and specify savings measures, enter, and maintain savings in Puma Web
- **Project related commercial tasks** like support with regular daily rate calculation or creation and maintenance of training materials on commercial topics such as bid preparation, project controlling, project maintenance.

Please note that** very good German and English is a must** - ideally you come with German as a native language. The position is located with our GMS-team in Prague with an onboarding phase over several weeks also in Germany (Mannheim, Erlangen) to get familiar with **your** **future interfaces and stakeholders** like the GMS project leads, GMS Business Administration, and other GBS units (e.g. Business Development, Legal)
