Office Assistant
**WHAT YOULL DO**:
This is a highly visible role in which the individual serves as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors of the Prague office. The primary responsibilities include greeting visitors, operating the switchboard to route incoming calls, communicating effectively and professionally with BCG staff and outside callers, maintaining the general appearance of the reception area, assisting with building service requests, and performing other administrative tasks as necessary.
Within this capacity individual serves as a focal point of contact between the Reception Team of 2 and the Office Operations Manager, also the main point of contact to facility management team, departments and all service providers. The role works closely but with individual ownership with Office Operations Manager to define services used for maintaining office environment and office life. The role reports to the Office Operations Manager.
**YOURE GOOD AT**:
- Professional reception and support of clients and visitors to the office.
- Professional operation of office equipment (projectors, printers, smartboards, videoconference, etc.).
- Supervision over facility status: making sure that office area is properly closed (e.g., windows, doors closed, equipment put in applicable location) and opened (e.g., meeting rooms ready for the day, coffee machines on, list for daytime cleaning service for stocking up the office).
- Maintaining, updating the reception files on a regular basis.
- Support of the organization and execution of events.
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- 1-2 years related experience.
- Fluent in Czech and English.
