We are growing our IT support team based in Prague, Czech Republic. BISim is developing world-leading game-based military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. We are constantly looking for ways to advance the whole industry, using the latest technologies and trends (such as whole-world simulation, virtual reality, and motion tracking).
Were on a lookout for an amazing person to join our office admin team in our gorgeous offices in Karlin. As part of our Admin team you will be go to person for all our departments and its people. You will make sure, that the daily office ops is humming and troubleshoot whatever curve balls there are day in day out. On top of that, you will help booking business trips, organize various internal events and work closely with our HR team on agendas like Health and Safety.
**As a member of our office admin team, you will be**:
- Organizing business trips for employees
- Ensuring a safe work environment
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data
- Assisting office manager with accounting tasks
- Acting as a first point of contact for all visitors and customers
- Ensuring reception area and all meeting rooms are always presentable and welcoming
- Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks as and when required

- Professional yet relaxed and friendly person (we are not a corporate)
- Proactive and self-reliant person who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
- Punctual and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Like to be a “go to” person and make your colleagues life’s easier
- Can speak Czech (it is a must as you will be dealing with various contractors and local institutions)
- Have solid knowledge of English and you aren’t afraid using it
- Happy to work from the office - this job isnt suitable for remote work (we will of course be flexible for specific situations)
