**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and motivated NPI Planner to join our team. As an NPI Planner, you will represent logistics on NPI projects, manage engineering change requests, support material planning activities, assist in optimizing inventory levels, and contribute to maintaining a smooth supply chain flow. You will be closely in touch with cross-functional teams to ensure gathering and sharing information. **Responsibilities**:
- Logistics representative on NPI (New Product Introduction) projects; information sharing, working closely with supply chain, R&D, engineering, production, and other relevant departments
- Engineering change request management; examining engineering changes and their impact on the current manufacturing process and bill of materials, assessing any potential risks, monitoring the engineering change schedule, coordinating with the engineering team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate implementation of changes
- Effective and precise material planning with focus on customer needs, inventory targets and manufacturing capacities
- MRP parameters management, reporting for designated products, alignment of customer orders with production scheduling, shop order release, parts shortages identification, work with appropriate people to expedite material, tracks shipments according to request and commitment date, notify manager about potentials issues

**Requirements**:
- Work experience on a similar position in corporate manufacturing company with minimum of 2 years
- Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of ERP-systems and MRP (QAD advantage)
- Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in material planning and inventory management task
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tasks
