**Your responsibilities**:
- Support the selection process of prospective vendors
- Help the towers to find respective resources to write RFPs and RFQs upon request
- Oversee and manage the writing of the RFPs and RFQs until ready to be sent out
- Lead the execution of the RFQ and RFP processes with the locally involved vendor management
- Consult the towers in aspects of vendor selections
- Provide relevant statistics to program management
- Ensure that all guidelines existing in ABB around RFQ, RFP, awarding of contracts, etc. are followed
- Manage the vendor onboarding if required
- Manage contracts and prepares changes orders, where required approved by program management
- Oversee expense related orders in the program (travel, hotels, etc.) and ensure compliance
