**Network Monitoring Product Manager - Drive Optimal Performance and Innovate!**
Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking leader passionate about Network Monitoring? Join our Network Services organization and take ownership of our Network Monitoring product. Youll own the entire product lifecycle, set the vision and strategy, and prioritize the execution of solutions. Youll build strong relationships with stakeholders, deeply understanding their desired outcomes and uncovering unmet needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the monitoring activities of our companys network infrastructure for optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with Network Data Insight, Global Operations Management, and Information Security teams to deliver a world-class network monitoring capability.
- Own the network monitoring tools, real-time monitoring strategy, and SOP for the Network Operations Center.
- Participate in governance meetings and drive process improvement to enhance network monitoring practices.
- Manage proactive alerts and notifications, promptly addressing critical events to improve overall MTTR.
- Continually evaluate and enhance network monitoring practices, staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Provide recommendations for scaling monitoring capabilities to handle growing network traffic and adapt to changes in architecture and technology.
**Personnel Management**:
- Lead and manage a team of network analysts responsible for monitoring the network infrastructure.
- Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct evaluations.
- Support career growth by identifying development opportunities and providing training resources.
- Act as a coach and mentor, guiding and enhancing the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Identify training needs within the team to foster continuous growth.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent corporate experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT or network management experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience in a matrix and global environment.
- Proficiency with network monitoring, reporting, and observability tools such as SevOne, ThousandEyes, NetBrain, Dynatrace, Elastic Observability, and Moogsoft (a plus).
- Experience with ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow.
- Experience in managing geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with different delivery methods (agile, traditional) in large organizations.
- Knowledge of product management techniques, including strategy, total cost of ownership, and road mapping.
