KKCG recently acquired Avenga, which together with Qinshift will bring together 12 big players in the field of custom software development on a global scale. A number of integration activities are currently underway and our ambition now is to achieve rapid growth, expand into new geographies and industries, broaden and deepen our service offering and become the best partner for our clients, all based on the unlimited potential of human-centric technologies. To accelerate this transformational merger, KKCG is assembling a dedicated team to manage the integration project. We are currently looking for a colleague to complement this team from the position of Merger-Co Leader.
The main place of work for you will be in Prague.
**_ This is you_**
- Approximately 2-3 years of consulting experience
Experience in mergers, integrations, or implementation projects is highly desirable
Ability to independently own tasks from start to finish
Diligence, flexibility, analytical and critical thinking
Outstanding working acumen & can-do attitude
Excellent English language skills
**_ This is your role _**
Coordinate and monitor integration projects
Actively participate in shaping selected content topics, such as defining and implementing the Target Operating Model (TOM) for specific functions
Oversee designated merger work streams and take full responsibility for their success
Managing ad hoc analysis and providing support in structuring work stream operations
Responsibility for designated program initiatives, for example, designing and implementing plans to mitigate key project risks
Work as part of the corporate development team to reshape the future structure of the company
Manage the post-merger integration process across all functions of existing assets
