Media Supervisor

McDonald’s Czech Republic is looking for an experienced candidate for the role of Media Supervisor. This role will oversee all processes with media agencies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ukraine. Responsibilities include collaborating with agencies and the marketing team to develop media strategies, implementing these strategies on a day-to-day basis, and organizing regular reporting, competitor analysis, and budget management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and implementation of annual media strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Develop and manage media strategies for integrated campaigns across three countries.
• Collaborate with external media agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated media plans.
• Organize and maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Conduct market media research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities with the aid of media agencies and internal consumer insight team.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with external media agencies and suppliers.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports summarizing campaign performance and insights.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and track spending.
• Stay up-to-date with media trends and leverage insights to enhance media strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years + of experience on the agency side (Client Service, Project Manager, Strategy, Media Planner) or in the role of media manager on the company side
• Very good level of understanding of digital media
• Understanding of the brand marketing in FMCG or retail
• English knowledge Fluent speaking/writing
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Good MS Office knowledge and skills, confident in PowerPoint Excel, knowledge of project management tools
