Materials Management Analyst I

As a Materials Management Analyst I at Honeywell, in Prague, you will download, analyse and report rebalancing opportunities within HON Aerospace sites. Place rebalancing internal transfer orders, escalate needed items, prioritize based on HIS allocation policy, track materials through the supply chain. Be accountable for safety stock fulfilment. The main purpose of this role can slightly change based on current requirements on Material Administrator role from Honeywell management.
**This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Administration of reports for allocations, safety stocks and stock rebalancing
- Keeping records of blocked orders and allocation decisions
- Critical parts management
- Creation of reports showing daily allocations to the planning team
- Daily cooperation with Export Compliance team, A350 team, Lufthansa, CSR team, order processing, planners and buyers, manufacturing sites
- Monitoring of orders which ERDC cannot ship from its location and such orders has to be flipped to the US.
- Back-up of colleagues in case of their absence.
- Escalation administration from HIS customers.
**Key skills and qualifications**
- University education preferred.
- Supply chain experience preferred.
- Language requirements - English oral/written -excellent level
- IT requirements - MS Office mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required on good level. Knowledge of Access and SAP preferred.
- Green belt certificate preferred.
- Driving license - welcomed not required
