Quadient is looking for a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, integrating new technologies, and improving overall marketing efficiency. You will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing operations, ensuring that we maximize the impact of our marketing strategies and campaigns.

Your role in our future:

• Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Manage a team of Marketing Operations Project Managers (2-4), plus resources from external agencies & vendors
• Develop and maintain marketing reporting systems to track marketing efficiency/performance (in relation to marketing technology & processes)
• Provide leadership across lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes & tools
• Collaborate with global/regional marketing teams to standardise technology, processes and global best practices
• Track ROI across various technology, channels and campaigns
• Support the Marketing organization to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns though optimised technology & processes
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua), CRM systems (Salesforce) and process automation tools (such as Zapier)
• Experience in implementing Marketing Technology solutions and optimising existing Mar Tech stacks
• Basic knowledge of Technology Architecture & Integration of different tools/solutions
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modelling, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and cultures
