Marketing Specialist (Incubator)

- Create unique visual identities that are in line with our company´s branding strategies to enhance our presence across all platforms (Steam, consoles, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and the press to maximize our exposure and coverage of our games
- Take care of the company’s social media profiles across all platforms (Discord, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) to grow our audience, engage with the community, and enhance our brand’s visibility
- Create various types of content for social media (copywriting, graphics, etc.)
- Utilize analytical tools to track performance across social media and community platforms
- Prepare regular reports on brand performance, community sentiment, and player engagement metrics
- Ability to design graphics for social media, Steam, and console platforms that enhance the visibility of our brand and games
- 3 years of marketing experience
- Minimum B2 level in English
- History of running social media campaigns, as well as community engagement events
- Strong understanding of the gaming community and trends within the video game industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with content creators, players, and team members
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with management software from the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
