About the Role:

Horizon Educational is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Marketing Project Specialist specialist team member to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with the Marketing Manager on key initiatives that enhance the company’s visibility and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Digital Content Management

* Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, engagement, and SEO optimization.

* Work with UI/UX designers and developers to enhance website functionality and user experience.

* Utilize a complex CMS platform to add content and make design improvements.

Graphic & Digital Design

* Design eye-catching digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals.

* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

* Work on website layout and design enhancements to improve engagement.

Print & Marketing Collateral

* Design and produce marketing materials such as event banners, flyers, and brochures.

* Collaborate with teams to create high-quality print and promotional assets.

Requirements:

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.

* 2+ years experience in graphic design for web and print (e.g., Canva at a minimum).

* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Asana).

* Excellent communication skills.

* High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
