**Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to prepared marketing plan
- Responsible of the Social Media Marketing Strategy Plan: owned, paid and earned media. Strengthen customer relationships through Paid Social and Earned Media, monitoring both hotel and restaurant and competitors presence on social media for performance enhancement.
- Maximize revenue from PPC, Google Ads, SEO, Retarget Marketing, Meta Search and other performance marketing activities based on hotel business priorities, seasonality and marketing plan.
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years work experience as Marketing Manager or in the similar position (preferable in luxury hotel)
- Experience with Digital Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Clear concise written and refined verbal communication skills in English and Czech.
