Online Presence: Manage local online communication, including website content and digital campaigns.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4, fostering professional growth and ensuring performance alignment with company goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, retail management, and international marketing teams.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.

Requirements:
At least 9 years of professional experience, including 3 years in leadership roles.
Fluency in Czech (C2) and English (C1).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in marketing within an international corporate environment is essential.
