4. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams such as sales, product development, and customer success, fostering cross-functional synergy.
5. Successful history of overseeing growth initiatives, optimizing operational efficiencies, and crafting strategic plans within the marketing domain to align with overarching company objectives.
6. Experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive product adoption.
7. Experience in owning pipeline generation strategies for enterprise clients, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
8. Deep interest and understanding of web3/blockchain technology and its potential impact.

As the Marketing Lead, youll have a key role on the marketing team in the way we connect with customers to drive growth across our products. In this role, youll be focused on informing and implementing a tactical roadmap of initiatives to help expand our businesses and support the launch of new products.We are looking for a consumer product marketer who can build and launch marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, adoption,  and growth as well as implement go-to-market strategies for our innovative products alongside cross-functional teams!
Please note this is a hybrid role based in Berlin or Warsaw, with an expectation to be in the office 3 times a week.
