- B2B Marketing Experience – Ideally, you’ve worked in a technical or software-driven industry before, but we’re open to diverse backgrounds. 

- Content Creation & Storytelling – You enjoy writing and can turn complex ideas into engaging content. 

- AI & Automation Enthusiasm – You’re curious about leveraging AI to boost marketing efficiency. 

- Data-Driven Mindset – You make decisions based on metrics, tracking what works and refining what doesn’t. 

- Project Management Skills – You’re comfortable overseeing multiple marketing initiatives and coordinating freelancers when needed. 

- Communication & Collaboration – You can work with leadership, sales, and external partners to align marketing strategies. 

- Fluent in English – German is a plus, but not a must.
