Your role will be to lead strategic planning of HOSTESS promotion in line with cycle plan, KPI and objectives we want to achieve for further business growth. This should be delivered via innovative consumer dialogue approach, way of communication and effective management of hostess platform. Platform and results should be regularly re-evaluated with a clear and conclusive recommendation based on key learning.Business Accountabilities: * Effective management of a team of 121 retail specialists (setting KPIs and complete plans). * Evaluating and analyzing 121 promotional results and provide key findings and recommendations. * Planning 121 of retail promotion using market knowledge and the most effective ways of consumer dialogue. * Effective management of agencies and suppliers. * Collaborating on marketing projects outside of the standard activation plan campaign. * Cross-functional cooperation with a focus on the KA/Trade team, Campaign team, Insights & Foresights team, Category team and Legal team. * Systematically monitoring and understanding current market experiences on an ongoing basis to gain insights that lead to the effectiveness of various communication activities. * Budget management - full responsibility for the allocated budget. * Responsible for the preparation and implementation of touch points (in accordance with all brand requirements). * Responsible for booking promo days with all the details, including store rotation and ensuring store traffic potential.Knowledge, Skills & Experience: * Preferably 2-3-year experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within FMCG organization. * Understanding of market and consumer/shopper dynamics. * Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/shopper/customer data. * Ability to manage multiple activities. * Strong leadership & communicative skill. * Networking skills and relationship building skills. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Willingness to learn & proactivity & independency. * Presentation skills. * Sense of innovation. * English fluent, Czech communicative. * PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point.Key Success Factors: * Yearly 121 promotion plan with proper KPIs and objectives. * Ongoing platform evaluation with conclusive recommendation. * Delivery of set up objectives & KPIs and striving for their overachieving. * Challenging status quo and bringing new ideas for 121 retail promotion.What we offer: * Annual bonuses, meal contribution, Benefit Plus program, Multisport card, sick days, 25 vacation days. * Hybrid work (at least 2 days in the office). * Opportunity for personal professional growth even outside of the cluster. * Wellbeing program. * Company events throughout the entire year (sports tournaments, challenges, teambuilding, etc.).## Benefits- Bonuses- Cell phone- Notebook- Flexible start/end of working hours- Holidays 5 weeks- Educational courses, training- Cafeteria- Sick days- Occasional work from home- Corporate events- Dog-friendly office
