**What part will you play?**
You will be responsible for creating insights and visualizing data to drive actions, analyzing customer & contact data, campaign data as well as connecting it to business impact. Additionally, you will define program requirements for data and visualize by creating and optimizing the related dashboards, help drive KPI development, and support the organization to become data-driven. You will also monitor and report on database quality metrics, present insight, and document data schemas. Thus, you need to be an expert in using data from the cloud/data lake and in combining and harmonizing multiple data sources to derive key insights.
**Your tasks**
- Create insights and visualize data to drive actions
- Analyze account and contact data, campaign data, and link it to sales performance
- Define program requirements for data and visualize by creating and optimizing the related dashboards
- Help drive KPI development and support the organization to become data-driven
- Monitor and report on database quality metrics
- Present information and document data schemas
- Expert in using data from the cloud/data lake and in combining and harmonizing multiple sources
- Use agile project management methods such as Scrum within a professional tool environment (Jira, Confluence)
- Translate business requirements into technology&data needs and visualization
**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
- Several years of professional experience in data analysis and insights
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI and Snowflake
- Familiarity with MAP and SFA systems, as well as CDP/MDM solutions
- Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations
- Affinity to IT and data in general
- Business fluent in English, additional languages welcome
