Market Development Advisor
Your Responsibilities:
- Field Testing and Data Management:
- Conduct field scale testing of commercial and new (COMPANY NAME) seed products, including Ground Breaker trials.
- Manage data collection, perform quality reviews, and ensure timely submission of trial results.
- Product Support and Promotion:
- Collaborate with customer marketing to highlight key product features.
- Support retail partners and the sales team through strategic technical support and agronomic training.
- Aid in the organization and execution of grower demand events and promotional activities.
- Technical Expertise and Communication:
- Provide detailed technical information on seeds, traits, and chemistry products.
- Position (COMPANY NAME) products against competitors and communicate advantages to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a reputation as a technical expert in your territory through various channels, including digital media and industry events.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety and driving policies of (COMPANY NAME).
- Participate in and support safety initiatives and training.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in agronomy, crop science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
