Title and Summary
Manager, Products and Solutions (18 months maternity cover)
Overview
- Grows revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers for deployment of emerging payment methods and development of new business verticals
- Focuses on growing market share, market acceptance, the number of customer touch points, and (COMPANY NAME)s country footprint
- Sets sales strategy aligned with regional and country strategy
- Responsible for pipeline management at the segment level
The Role
Lead new business development with non-traditional customers
- Develop and execute core products strategy for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria
- Develop and implement value added services to differentiate products offer and diversify revenue streams
- Support Country Managers and AMs in RFP processes and lead with services strategy execution
- Bring the voice of the market back to the implementation team to ensure customer relationship needs are met
- Provide support to AMs in core solutions area including conducting customer workshops regarding new product ideation & development, market updates and product trends, lifecycle management best practices and other customer facing initiatives
All About You
- Bachelors Degree Education
- Strong background in sales / innovative technologies/ consultancy
- Knowledge of financial services sector and card payment industry
- Fluent knowledge (both written and spoken) of Hungarian and English languages
- Ability to integrate various disciplines (planning finance, sales, marketing, technology) and function in an unstructured environment with minimum day to day supervision
- Good ability to build relationships and network with relevant groups (banks, suppliers, third parties)
- Strong communication and team-work skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Results-oriented and customer-focused
- Strong self-starter and motivator
