**A Snapshot of Your Day**
A typical day for a Manager Performance Controller for Real Estate includes Budgeting and Forecasting to providefinancial transparency, review of business cases for RE investment projects tosupport management decision making, preparation and attendance of SteeringCommittee meetings for investment projects, as well as improving &harmonizing reporting and the supporting IT landscape.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Create transparency of the RE financials to prepare the basis for management decision making, e.g.
- Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Closing of RE business value flows including coordination and consolidation of the respective regions and central items. Reporting & Controlling of the business development on a global level incl. deviation analysis and preparation of respective management reporting to the RE Mgmt. Team and central contact person to SE AC and other specialist departments for reporting & controlling topics.
- Monthly preparation of the RE specific KPI’s.
- Support and review of business case preparation for RE Building Solutions projects incl. alignment with the relevant stakeholders. Ad hoc preparation of financial data for business case evaluations pending on request, including financing models and investment strategies
- Preparation and Participation in Steering Committee meetings for the respective Building Solutions projects. Hold alignment meetings with certain business functions impacting RE footprint scenarios.
- Support RE M&A activities
- Work to improve and harmonize the overall reporting and supporting IT landscape for real estate. (SE RE / SGRE overall approach).
- Future perspective enhancement of the performance controlling function on a common organizational platform.
**What You Bring**
- Successfully completed degree in business studies
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in a business controlling function and/or comparable industry experience (preferably with experience in the real estate business)
- Resilience and“Coolness” in working under time pressure and with different management levels
- Excellentcommunication skills. Fluent English and German preferred
- Experience leading a team preferred
