• Proven experience in machine learning and MLOps. 
• Ability to work with large amounts of data in an operational environment.  
• Experience in machine learning engineering for AI/ML solutions hosted on-prem or in the cloud (preferred GCP).  
• Good knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks for building predictive models (e.g. scikit-learn, xgboost, tensorflow, pytorch)  
• Good knowledge of SQL databases  
• Experience in working with Linux and Git version control system  
• Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills  
• Higher education in Computer Science, Mathematics / Statistics, Telecommunications or related
• Knowledge of English at a level allowing for communication and preparation of technical documentation. 

As a Machine Learning Engineer you will join a dedicated team of 30 experts working on a variety of projects supporting our branches in Poland and other European countries. We are looking for a team player with great communication skills, unafraid to share their opinions and able to organise their work well. Good ability to communicate, consult with and support the Business teams is what will make you stand out as a candidate.
