Logistics Specialist - Customer Services

Were currently looking for an excited and talented **Logistic Specialist - Customer services** to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:
- Delivery dispositions from customer - Ensures obtaining of delivery dispositions from customers and their input to currently used IS.
- On-time deliveries to customers - Permanently monitors a trend of on-time deliveries to customers to reach the target 100% on-time delivery. Takes over information from production planning about possibilities and capacities of production, terms and produced (finished) quantity.
- Communication with the customer and customer´s awareness - Ensures in time communication with customers about actual delivery status. Informs customers also about extremely situations which are related to backlog delivery, partial delivery, late delivery. Informs customers about backlog, delay due to missing packaging which is affecting delayed shipments. Communicates quality issues due to which are delivery in delay, backlog. Ensures data processing in customer´s web portal. Documents preparation and confirmation related to “goods of origin” for customers - collecting data needed for STTAS and Ford Mic-cust portal.
- Stock of final products and the transport - Ensures optimization of stock of final products in the warehouse. Cooperates in actions regarding a proper function of lean principles. Provides notification of standard transport in proper time according to request for customer (EXW condition). Ensures premium freights with regards to optimization of transportation costs. Cooperates with the expedition unit.
- SAP System: - Ensures log. actions in SAP system.
- Quality of customers´ deliveries - Participates in creating proposals for implementation of corrective and improving actions for problems at customers. Solves occasional discrepancies with deliveries (quantity discrepancies, wrong packaging, labels, price, codes etc.). Cooperates on 8D reports concerning logistics claims.
- Other activities - By decision of a senior manager, he secures the supply of raw material from suppliers and compiles a production plan.

- University education
- Knowledge of English language on level B2, Italian language on level B1
- User´s PC work - Word, Excel
- Knowledge of logistics flows - advantage
- Knowledge of logistics IS, SAP - advantage
- Driver´s licence class B
- Experience in logistics at a similar position is an advantage
