The position plays a key role in improving Customer Satisfaction by investigating, preventing and providing solutions to any quality and logistics related issues. Coordinate and lead the activities aiming the increase of Customers Satisfaction and improve complaint management logistics process. Taking over the responsibility to complaint process (external and intercompany customers) and providing resolutions in quality and timely manner. Having the ownership and making sure that preventive action in breweries and ports are implemented will lead to the increase of quality of our provided logistics services.
Become an expert in customer service by using our CRM system. Get involved in more operational part of our business by understanding SAP standards. Strive to be proficient in providing the analysis of our database together with Excel. Challenge yourself to prove your organizational skills, achieve leadership level of time management and reach negotiation skills by closing different agreements on a daily basis.

What will you be doing:
- Follow up with complaint owners on resolution to ensure resolution is provided in quality and timely manner
- Provide regular update to customers on the status of their complaints and communicate the resolution
- Issue credit and debit note requests, follow up on the creation and financial booking
- Solve issues and provide information: interact with Customers, Sales and several internal partners such as other order takers, master data team, supply and transport planning, transport administration, complaints management in order to solve problems and issues of all nature (master data, transport, availability, credit)
- Ability to support other team members in operational issues and providing first level assistance in case Team Leader is not available
- Shared responsibility with Team Leader for re-solving key operational issues in the team
- Coordinate any ad hoc issues and requests from your Line manager
- Report KPIs and take actions to improve service quality
What youll bring:
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a big advantage)
- University degree or 2+ years equivalent work experience in Logistics scope - Supply Chain or Customer Support
- MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook,..
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
- Highly customer & service-oriented mindset
- Analytical/system mindset
