**Legal Manager**
**What this position is about - Purpose**:
Our Legal Director is looking to hire a new Legal Manager who will support him with various legal matters, such as legal administration tasks, compliance and communication with our stakeholders, etc. This is a great opportunity to take responsibility for a wide scope of different legal aspects in a multinational company and develop your expertise further.
**What will you do - Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for review of the contracts and evaluate potential risks; as well as for creation of new contracts or amending the existing ones.
- You will advise on projects and contracts ensuring compliance with all legal obligations
- Provide legal support to the leadership team
- Implement legal changes into the day-to-day life of the company
- Communicate with external lawyers and regulators, handle complaints and claims
- Provide advice regarding regulatory requirements in the area of corporate law, financial regulation,
- licenses, notification duties, data protection etc.
- Take responsibility over internal procedures and policies; oversee operational activities of the company
- Handle other tasks and issues in coordination with Legal Director
**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:
- We trust that 2+ years will set you up for a success; experience with public institution is an advantage
- Knowledge of Czech law is essential; knowledge of Slovak legislation is an advantage
- Good knowledge and overview of economic and political environment
- Your excellent communication skills will help you in building and maintaining strong relationship with
- internal and external stakeholders
- You are analytical, well-organised and independent
- English, Czech and/or Slovak are essential in daily work
- Master’s degree in Law is necessary given the required knowledge in law
