Requirements:

• A master’s degree (tech, law and project management would be an additional advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using low-code tools
• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques
• Experience in technology development (process improvement or legalTech implementations is a plus)
• Business analytics and process design methodologies, like BPMN 2.0, are a plus
• Experience in using Legal AI tools, preferably Luminance and CoCounsel, is a plus
• Experience in using document automation tools is a plus
• Programming skills, especially in Python, are a plus
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Fluency in Polish and good English skills
• Passion for innovation
