Learning and Development Consultant

McDonald’s Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine is looking for an experienced candidate for the role of Learning and Development Consultant to provide training and workshops for restaurant employees. Join our team and help us develop educational activities on a global level!

Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering presentations, training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities for restaurant employees.
• Implementing and adapting global training programs.
• Managing the LMS (Learning Management System), creating and updating content, and developing e-learning courses.
• Monitoring the training process and evaluating training effectiveness, tracking key indicators, and coordinating post-training activities.
• Collaborating with the global training team on the development of educational curricula and programs.
• Monitoring the market in the field of education and development.
• Supporting and implementing digital solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent presentation skills, ability to train larger groups (including online via webinars).
• Passion for working in training, educating oneself and others.
• Ability to transform business processes and principles into user-friendly guides and manuals.
• Ability to work agilely, solve new situations, implement changes, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data and effectively plan training activities.
• Experience in building relationships and effective collaboration within various teams (collaboration between CZ, SK, and UA).
• Fluent knowledge of the Czech language, English at least at an intermediate level (English is the team language).
• Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis).
