**Key responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee the HR Services function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the companys strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that drive organizational success.
**Key skills and qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations and service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with excellent understanding of HR systems and technology.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, and drive innovation and process improvement.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English, with German at C1/C2 level.
