Our ambition? Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.- The role of **Lead Electronics Engineer** is based in our Lighting business group in **Nový Jičín** next to Ostrava.**Responsibilities**:
- Interacting with cross functional teams (e.g. Optics, Mechanics, CAE or Program management) to meet timelines and deliverables;
- Being a technical point of contact to a customer for electronics and electrical subsystem;
- Responsibility for the release and change-management of the electronics Design & Bill Of Material;
- Defining, planning and tracking work packages for all electronics disciplines (System Design, HW design, SW design, System validation, HW validation, SW validation, ECAD, MCAD);
- Supporting project quotations with technical reviews and effort estimations;
**Requirements**:
- More than 3 years of professional experience in automotive electrical engineering;
- Practical experience in project management in automotive electronic products (hardware or software)-ideally in managing projects with an ASPICE scope;
- High degree of organizational skills and self-motivation;
- English on advanced level (at least B2);
- Very good communication skills and teamwork
