Lawyer - Student´s Internship
This is a one of a kind opportunity for a talented individual to join our international, experienced, strong, passionate and diverse team of lawyers. The Legal department is a core part of Zentiva business, where dedicated lawyers are on the front line to provide support and guidance for the internal clients. As an intern / student you will learn how the professional Legal department works, you will be able to stretch and grow and add value by thinking outside the box.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support in drafting and editing contract templates, basic contracts and legal documents
- Legal research upon request of the lawyers in the Team
- Drafting legal documents, presentations and correspondence upon request and supervision of the lawyers in the Team
- Providing continuous update on amendments in the law (Czech and European Law, pharmaceutical law focus)
About you
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- 1+ years of legal experience, which may include internships is a plus
- Previous experience in the following areas is a plus:
- Working with confidential documents and under confidentiality obligation
- Contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and basic drafting skills
