We are currently seeking an experienced Labor Management Manager (Cost Mgnt. & Digitalization) to join our team in Poland. As Labor Management Manager (Cost Mgnt. & Digitalization) you will take full accountability for managing end-to-end business needs such as labor demand, recruitment, management, and termination in the performance region, including establishing and optimizing labor cost models, managing supplier data, and coordinating with the companys employment system regarding the ECO process.
