Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV (HET) is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV (HIT) is Hasbro SAs distributor for FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro Czech S.R.O. (the Company) provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in the Czech Republic.

We are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager for Czech & Slovakia to drive our sales on those markets.
**Main purpose of the role**:
Responsible for implementing retail sales strategies on Czech & Slovakia markets with focus on offline and omnichannel clients. The main objective is to strengthen the Hasbro brands market position, to grow the Hasbro HETBV business and to support long term company objectives in-line with the regional and local plans in the given key business partners.
**Specific Responsibilities / Tasks**
**Performance indicators**
Build and develop business relationship with the key customers based on:
- Turnover (Value and Volume), market share.
- Distribution / channel assortment / customer listing target.
- Customer profitability.
- Customer plan, forecast acurracy
**Planning**
- Support developing and recommending country/channel/customer plans;
- Manage customers informations flow on sales, stocks, payments.
- Responsible for forecasting customer sales.
- Responsible for executing new products launch / listing
- Responsible for the implementation of the consumer promotional campaigns.
**Control**
- Responsible for recommending customer investments within predefined budget.
- Orders, invoices, deliveries
**Customer Relations**
- Responsible for developing the Customer Business Plan to be approved by HET
- Detailed analysis of customer development (internal and external)
- Monitoring of competitors activities on the market
- Identify customer opportunities
- Promotion implementation
- New product launch strategy / implementation
**MAIN TASKS**
- Secure Hasbro yearly business and growth in the given key customers through yearly negotiations and contracts.
- Regular meeting with the customer for business planning and review.
- Regular visits in the field to check the in-store implementation of the Hasbro products and promotions, as well the activity of the merchandising team (over 50% travel required)
**Skills/Knowledge/ Experience/ Qualification requirements**:
- Very good knowledge of FMCG market
- Some people management experience
- Experience in Key Account Management
- Basic financial knowledge
- Very good team player, committed, results oriented, dynamic and able to work under pressure.
- Equipment needs : car, mobile phone, portable computer
- Fluency in English, computer skills
- University degree
