we are looking for the next possible date, a
**Key Account Manager for D, A, CH and CEE (M/F/d)**
**Your tasks at a glance**:
- Control and management of the assigned accounts
- Realization of the sales plan for your accounts in terms of sales and earnings
- Customer loyalty and relationship management to ensure a strategic partnership and continuous account growth
- Recognizing and defining potential and acquiring new customers accordingly
- Initiating, developing and implementing customer-specific measures to achieve the defined budgets
- Monitoring the operational implementation of the agreed sales activities
- Independent planning, preparation and implementation of annual customer meetings
- Budget management (incl. planning and monitoring of sales, turnover and condition development in compliance with the agreed budget)
- Active product scouting for your customers through customer and competitor analyses
- Intensive cooperation with sales management, product management and field sales
**Your experience**:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- 3-5 years of sales experience in key account management
- Very good knowledge of English
- Sound industry knowledge in DIY retail
- Willingness to travel and a confident, personable demeanor
- Experience with modern CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills and a good entrepreneurial understanding
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatic way of working
