**What does this role involve?**
- ** You will take responsibility for acquiring, introducing to the platform and building long-term relationships with key sellers and brands** in Fashion category
- You will be responsible for delivering a commercial plan in the field of acquiring assortment from key strategic partners (brands, sellers, manufacturers)
- You will represent the company in contact with sellers
- With the help of analytical team, you will monitor the growth of key sellers and identify initiatives supporting their development
- You will work closely with various internal departments, including category managers, customer experience, marketing, advertising, PR, and technology, to optimize solutions and build comprehensive knowledge about available tools and their use
- You will take care of the development and functionality of the platform in response to the reported needs of partners and independently diagnosing areas requiring improvement
- You will be the source of information about strategic and detailed changes for a given segment of Partners

**The job is for you, if**:
- You have experience in similar role in B2B sector, preferably in Fashion industry
- You have highly developed communication and negotiation skills, you can work under pressure
- You know the issues related to acquiring customers online and understand the mechanisms of the e-commerce business
- You are ambitious and task-oriented
- You are able to build long-term relationships with key clients
- You have excellent analytical and organizational skills
- You communicate fluently in English (min. B2) and Czech (C1)
