- Job descriptionWe’re excited to welcome a Junior Project Manager who will play an important role in managing our clients professionally through complex global employee listening programs - either as support in bigger projects or leading smaller projects. In this position, you will be part of our EMEA KF Listen Delivery team and work primarily with European clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for leading smaller, international projects, throughout the whole project lifecycle from kick-off to project closure ensuring that scope, timing, resources and client expectations are managed - classic overall project management.
- Responsible for supporting other Lead Project Managers in bigger and more complex projects by high quality handling and delivery of specific work packages.
- Coordinating and collaborating with EMEA client and Korn Ferry team members and other stakeholders; sharing issues, mitigating risks, communicating regularly, leading meetings, preparing presentations.
**Professional Experience/Qualifications**:
- Previous project management experience of any kind
- Strong organizational and analytical skills combined with a professional, credible and confident style
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable individual with a strong customer service ethic; passionate about working in an international and culturally diverse context and team
**Education**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and French
- further languages are a plus (ideally German or Spanish)
- Considered a real plus: Proficiency with SPSS/SAS and Project Management certification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI/PMP
