**Junior Project Finance Manager**:
During the initial up to 12 months, the colleague will be responsible for the project-type assignments withing the teams of:
**Project Financing**
**Controlling and Reporting**
**Financial Planning and Analysis**
To obtain relevant experience with internal processes of the finance teams and understanding of the major drivers of the Accolade business model.
**Your job responsibilities will include**:
- ** Project Financing**:
- **main orientation**
- Support of bank financing of the projects during development
- Support of preparation of the project budgets
- Preparation of bank drawdowns and respective info packages for the banks
- Monitoring of bank covenants and reporting to the banks
- Communication with external valuation experts and project monitors
- ** Controlling and Reporting Team**:
- Support of data and quality management of General overview (Dynamics 365 where software, where are information about our projects, tenants)
- Co-operation on the NAV process - making sure all stakeholders get the data in time to finish the quarterly NAV reporting of Accolade Industrial Fund in time
- ** Financial Planning and Analysis**:
- Understanding of preparation of cash flow models for individual projects,
- Understanding the valuation of the income producing real estate asset
**Skills and requirements**:
- University graduate or 1 year of experience
- Specialization in one of the following areas: Economics / Finance / Accounting
- English language is a must
- Analytical approach
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Positive attitude, team player, motivated to learn and grow
