Junior Procurement Specialist

POPIS POZICE:

If yes, then this opportunity could be your perfect fit! We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in supporting operations across the EMEA region.

What Will You Do?

- Serve as a key contact and back-up support for managers and leaders.

- Respond to MRP messages and procure materials to support external orders, repair orders, and stock management.

- Manage supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and proactively resolving delays.
- Optimize procurement processes to minimize costs and avoid surplus inventory.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, quality, and customer service.
- Maintain procurement systems (including SAP), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects and company development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

- Foster positive interpersonal relationships and share information to support team success.

Start date: ASAP
Location: Prague - Chodov
Salary: 53 - 80 000 CZK/m

POŽADAVKY:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.

Experience: Background in purchasing or related roles, ideally within an international supply chain (ISC) environment.

- Language: Fluent English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
-
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and ideally PowerPoint, Power BI, or Access.
- Technical knowledge of procurement tools and SAP is an advantage.

Personal Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
