We are looking for a **Junior Plugin Developer** to join the team that develops plugins for SIEM services and integrates them with Veeam products such as Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam One.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Developing and supporting plugins for SIEM services
- Performing troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation
- Proactively staying up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Veeams products and the underlying technologies
- Contributing to documentation for Veeams knowledge base
**What we expect from you**:
- A university degree in a technical field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Unix OS and systems administration
- Understanding of the principles of software design and development
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Basic knowledge of Syslog and RESTful APIs
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical information
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams
**Will be an advantage**:
- Experience with any SIEM services such as Splunk SOAR, Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Cisco XDR, Crowdstrike Falcon, etc.
- Experience with Git
- Beginner knowledge of any programming languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.
