**The Role**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Drafting legal documents
- Supporting the Senior Lawyers
- Organising contract-signing events
- Actively participating in client negotiations
- Communicating with other Clifford Chance offices
- Leading a team of paralegal assistants

- Excellent command of written and spoken English
